This update is to highlight some of the upcoming gigs.  :

Monday Nov 30 ... is the next Males Spirituality Open Circle;
  > It's at Bethesda (Ashton ON) ...click here for more info  including info on carpool from St Joe's.
  > Mitch will share a little more of his journey;

  > We'lll look at the king archetype, it's energy and shadows.  
  > Our planning has to consider, drums, rides, and space.

  > RSVP's as well as Carpool 'needs and drivers' are required.
       Please do this as soon as you're able to ... thank you!

Thursday Dec 10th ... next Young Adult Mens Small Group & PSB
  > another email just for young adults will be sent next week;
  > but start thinking about new recipes for dinner, dessert etc ..

Christmas Potluck for the Men Circle ... finalizing dates 
  Tuesday Dec 15 - OR - Thursday Dec 17th.
  Please mark your calendars.
  Location will be a house party in the West End of Ottawa,
     near IKEA @ Greenbank
