In the Male Bag - Update - Sept 19

Hey guys:

A heads up on a couple things ... Please save the dates !

1.  NEXT - Male Spirituality Open Circle is - Monday September 26, 7pm - 9:15pm,
      > out at Bethesda as usual.
      > carpool from St Joe's at 6:15;  RSVP's for event and carpool required.
      > Theme:  "Unplugging and Creativity:  What's Love Got to Do with It?"
Last month we looked at unplugging and 'learning to Sabbath'.
As we reflect on a spirituality rooted in sabbathing --
What role does Lover energy play?
What is Grace, as Lover, stirring us to ... Create, Connect, Enjoy, Forgive, Let Go and Imagine?
What are the shadows where our energy gets trapped and frustrated?

2.  UPDATE - Mens Weekend Retreat with Fr Jim Clarke.
     > Confirmed for August 18-20th, 2017
     > Please mark this date in your calendar !
     > The first 'press' release is attached.
     > We'll be hosting men from across Ontario, and Canada.
     > It is geared towards men on the journey who want to go deeper;
and to men of any faith tradition or none at all.
     > If you know of any men that are already invested in their journey --
Please let them know about this - so they can put it on their calendars,
            and begin discerning.

3.  An invitation to go deeper   ...  (Whether or not you can make the retreat)
Do you want to reboot or deepen your journey, in the next year, by digging deeper into shadow work?
If so -- I invite you to engage the same preparation work - as if going for the retreat,
which includes picking up the book "King, Lover, Magician, Warrior."
There's more detail in the poster attached.  And more to follow.
This could make for an interesting and transformative year!
Please contact me if this appeals to you.

That's it for now,
Blessings on your week and journey.

And may Grace lead you to a new way of Sabbathing - whatever that looks like.
