First, to all who came out last night to the MSOC, thank you.
What a wonderful "thin time" around the fire ... all night.

Second ... some thoughts were shared around the primacy of gratitude;
(I had a quote from Merton that I planned to use last night - but didn't)

    "I no longer want to have anything to do with Love
        that forgets to be grateful.
     Otherwise I will only go on lying to You:
       and I want to be done with all insincerity for ever
       for ever"       -- Thomas Merton

Spiritual Seekers Mini-retreat -- Saturday November 21.

 Mixed event for all folks ages 18 & up.
 * starting a Great Teaching series on "Alternative Orthodoxy & St Francis"

So may the Grace of God flow through us,

 filling us with a gratitude ... even a paradoxical joy;
 that our lives and breathing would be an Alleluia! (even if a broken alleluia)
