So two things before we take a break for a few weeks.
And this message is for all guys - whether you've never checked out the Circle or maybe it's been a little while since you've come out.
I Please save the date ... the next Circle is Monday June 22 (next week)
It's our Year End BBQ - on the Upper Deck
from 7:00pm - 9:00pm ... (note time change from 6:30)
(the Upper Deck is off the 2nd floor of St Joe's Offices / enter by front office on Laurier.)
In addition to the BBQ, we'll have the usual mix of drumming, check-in's, silent prayer.
It's a potluck and / or you can chip-in a few bucks; and hamburgers are provided.

II. Think about doing a Mens Rites this summer / fall ... or in 2016
There is a 4 day retreat for men (I would recommend it if you're over age 25) ... it's called a Mens Rites of Passage (MROP)
Several men at St Joe's (and more around Ottawa / Ontario) have done one. I did mine 15 years ago ... and it was incredible.
Many of the experiences I had - I still carry with me ... and they are still unfolding and teaching me things.

The Mens Circle is loosely affiliated with the Organization called Illuman ... which carries on the "Mens Work" - including the MROP's - started by Fr. Richard Rohr.

The costs of air flight and retreat -- can be expensive. I tell you it is worth every dollar.
Our brothers who host these across the USA and the world - do so at the lowest possible cost (There is no profit)
And we here in Ottawa; we will try to lend financial assistance to those men (local) who need it.
How will you know if it's for you? Check it out. Feel it out. Does it seem to be where your journey is going?
Or maybe you've lost the sense of your journey - and you're trying to jump-start it.
Trust yourself -- and the Spirit -- and you'll just know, like "Yep, I gotta do this."
And if it's not your time - you'll know that too.
