Its good to have some sense of our ability to access each of the 4 types, or how we related to them.
Some questions to ponder:Which ones do you think are strengths? example, "it's easy to access warrior energy." Are there any patterns of the passive / active shadows that you can see in your life.
Or a practical example ... Where do we see good King Energy in Society today? Where do we see poor, little or no, King energy?
