Learning a new tool for Shadow Work:  Intro to the Enneagram

At St Joe's in the Hall.
All men, ages 18 and up are welcome for a spiritually refreshing mix of drumming, contemplation, sharing and teaching.

This month the teaching thread is an introduction to the Enneagram; which is a personality tool that is helpful to deepen the work of self-knowledge ... at both ends of the spectrum; the Knowing of our Divine Essence, or Christ Self, and discovering the Shadows and survival systems that we actually live out of (which prevent our Essence from really thriving).

This is not what I would call self-help although it is psychological.  We use it in the context of awakening to the Presence of the Mystery of God - that is and always is; and it's in the present moment.  There is never a time when we are not in the Boat with Christ.  However, we quite often live a very different reality; and so we miss the Pearl of Great Price.

It will be most helpful - to do a little pre-Circle work, to get familiar with the Enneagram.  There are some links below:  Many thanks to Rob for leading the way on this.
